Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 lb. round steak, diced
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
  • sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • wide egg noodles
  • snow peas (optional)

Directions

  1. 1

    Brown the onions and meat. Add the beef broth and two cans of water. Mix in the tomato paste to taste. Add the worcestershire sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Add the mushrooms and sour cream. Boil the noodles separately and add. Optional: add a few snow peas (Chinese pea pods) at the last minute.
