Ingredients
- 3 lbs. round steak
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 medium diced onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce

Directions

Cut the steak into 2-inch cubes and brown. Combine the other ingredients, pour over the meat, and simmer 2 hours. Serve over steamed rice or mashed potatoes.
