  • 5 lbs potatoes
  • Ham
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick of butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Coarse garlic salt with parsley flakes
  • Chives
  • Milk

Directions

    Peel and cube the potatoes, dice the onion, add salt to the water, and boil until the water thickens but you still have cubed potatoes (you may have to drain a little water, depending on your desired thickness). Add butter, pepper, garlic salt, chives, ham, and add milk to the consistency you want.
