Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon Jello
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 8 1/4 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Directions

  1. 1

    Dilute the Jello in 1 cup boiling water; cool. Add the next 5 ingredients. Let partially set in the refrigerator. Whip the cream and fold it into the Jello mixture. Put in a mold or individual molds. Let set in the refrigerator until firm. Ice-cold evaporated milk may be substituted for the cream. A good complement to roast turkey.
