- 1 pkg. lemon Jello
- 2 cups V-8 juice
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 small can shrimp, drained
- Topping: 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Add the Jello to boiling V-8 juice. Add the onion salt, vinegar, celery and shrimp. For the topping, mix the Miracle Whip and sour cream.
