Dry
- 1 cup sugar (~200 g)
- 1 tsp. salt (~6 g)
- 1 tsp. soda (~4.8 g)
- 2 cups flour (~250 g)
- 1 tsp. baking powder (~4 g)
- 1 tsp. cloves (~2.5 g)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon (~2.5 g)
- 1/2 cup raisins (~70 g)
Wet
- 1/2 cup butter (~115 g)
- 1 egg (~50 g)
- 1 cup apple sauce (~125 g)

Directions

Cream together the butter, sugar, egg and applesauce.

Add the dry ingredients and raisins. Mix well. Chill one hour.

Bake on cookie sheets at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
