Ingredients
Dry
- 1/2 or more cups sugar
- 1 tsp. or more cinnamon (~2.5 g)
- 1 cup sugar (~200 g)
- 1 Tbsp. flour (~8 g)
Wet
- 6 eggs (~300 g)
- 1 cup cream or Half and Half (~240 g)
Other
- Fresh peaches or apples (6–8)

Directions

Peel and slice 6 to 8 apples or peaches depending on size and size of baking dish.

Boil until tender with the sugar and cinnamon.

Put the juice and all in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Separate the eggs.

Beat in 1 cup sugar with the egg yolks.

Add 1 Tbsp. flour and the cream.
- 6
Add the egg whites beaten stiff and pour over the fruit.

Bake in a 350 degrees oven until the top is done and nicely browned — about 20 minutes.
